Hi, I'm Dale Pierce.
I am a native of Lincoln County and married to Jen King Pierce. My parents are Ricky and Sara Jo Pierce. I have two sisters, Andrea (Randy) Delap, and Beth (Zach) Jones as well as a nephew and niece Aron & Georgia Jones. I worked many years with my dad remodeling and repairing houses and commercial properties in and around Lincoln County. I can honestly say there is not one part of a house or building we have not worked on.
I’ve experienced various educational and work environments in my career – all of which prepared me for my job today. I am a graduate of Lincoln County High School as well as Martin Methodist College. In addition, I studied Civil Engineering at UAH & Western Kentucky. I spent more than half a decade in the GPS/GIS mapping field throughout the Southeast, which translated perfectly to my current position in the Assessor of Property’s office where I’ve been for 4 years.
I am an active member of Washington Street Church of Christ where I am involved with the young adult service group and our short-term missions ministry in Honduras. I plan on returning for a 6th trip this July.
I play guitar with the Fabulous Fifties Show Band. This show was the genesis of a cover band "Strangers with Friends" made up of the some other Fifties Show Band musicians and singers. Music is such an important part of my life.
I am actively involved with youth baseball and civic organizations. In season, I assist in coaching my best friend’s 8U baseball team. I am on the executive board of Fayetteville Main Street; an active member in the Kiwanis Club; and on the board of the Fayetteville- Lincoln County Arts Center where I met my beautiful wife. Through these organizations I have had the opportunity to volunteer with the Slawburger Festival and Southern Weekend of Art as well as many other great events in Fayetteville-Lincoln County.
